Pauline Sharp

Pauline is the Learning and Teaching Depute Head at Castlebrae CHS in Edinburgh. This is my first year as a member of the SELMAS committee and it has been a great experience for me to get involved with other like minded practitioners around Leadership and Management. After completing my SQH I was looking for something to keep me involved in good CPD around Leadership and Management and I have definitely found this by being involved with SELMAS.
